These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://store.pujimax.com and any related services provided by Hong Kong Puji Electronics Co., Ltd., doing business as PUJIMAX (“PUJIMAX,” “we,” “us” or “our”). The website and related services are referred to together as the “Services.”

By visiting the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Store Operator and Shopify

The store is operated by Hong Kong Puji Electronics Co., Ltd., which is responsible for direct-store payments, refunds and warranty service. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and Services to you. Purchases from this Site are transactions between you and the store operator identified above, not Shopify, except where Shopify expressly provides a separate service under its own terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order or create an account. If you allow a minor to use a product, you are responsible for appropriate supervision and for following all product instructions and warnings.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with another user, scrape the Site in a manner that burdens the Services, or violate applicable law or another party’s rights.

3. Accounts and Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account, billing, shipping and purchase information. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at safi@pujimax.com if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate fraud or enforce these Terms.

4. Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately, including model, chemistry, nominal voltage, size, pack quantity, compatible charging method and included items. Device displays, photography, packaging updates and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences that do not materially change the product.

Product compatibility is model-specific. A shared battery size does not necessarily mean that voltage, chemistry, charger or device compatibility is the same. Review the complete product page, label and instructions before purchase and use.

We may correct errors, update descriptions or discontinue a product. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected order or cancelling it for a refund.

5. Prices, Taxes and Promotions

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site and may change before an order is placed. Applicable tax, delivery upgrades and other charges are shown before checkout confirmation.

Discounts and promotions are subject to their published terms, dates, product eligibility and limits. Unless a promotion says otherwise, offers cannot be combined, redeemed for cash or applied retroactively.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may verify payment, inventory, delivery eligibility and order information before acceptance.

We may reasonably refuse or cancel an order because of inventory error, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal or carrier restriction, incorrect pricing, product-safety concern, delivery ineligibility or an order quantity inconsistent with a consumer purchase. If we cancel an order after payment is authorized or captured, we will void the authorization or refund the amount charged.

7. Payment

You authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for the order total. Payment services are supplied by third parties and may be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

We do not ask customers to send complete payment-card numbers by email. Contact Customer Support if a message claiming to be from PUJIMAX requests payment to a different account or by an unexpected method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates, eligible destinations and carrier rules are described in our Shipping Information. Shipping eligibility and cost vary by product and destination. A product page may identify free shipping; the final charge is shown at checkout.

Orders normally process within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery normally takes 4–10 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees. Battery type, destination, weather, carrier disruption, holidays, address issues and legal restrictions can affect service.

The store currently accepts eligible orders for delivery in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will provide the notice and options required by applicable law, including the choice to agree to a delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Risk of physical loss remains with us until the order is delivered to the shipping address, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. You are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address.

9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Direct-store purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible returns may be requested within 15 calendar days after delivery. Where permitted by law, a 15% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns outside a mandatory statutory cancellation right. United Kingdom consumers retain their applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Do not send a product to a company, warehouse or sender address without a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused because battery products require the correct carrier, packaging and destination.

10. 12-Month Limited Warranty

Products purchased directly from this Site are covered by the 12-Month Limited Warranty. The warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and is separate from the 15-calendar-day return period.

Warranty coverage does not include ordinary battery depletion or expected capacity reduction, misuse, incompatible charging, improper storage, accident, unauthorized modification or other exclusions stated in the Warranty Information. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Battery and Charger Safety

You agree to follow the product page, label, manual and applicable safety instructions. In particular:

• never attempt to recharge a battery labeled non-rechargeable;
• use only a charging method expressly identified as compatible with the exact battery type and model;
• do not mix old and new batteries, different chemistries, different voltages, different capacities or different brands in the same device unless the device manufacturer expressly permits it;
• stop using a battery or charger that is swollen, leaking, unusually hot, damaged, corroded or producing an unusual odor or sound;
• keep batteries away from children and pets, and seek immediate professional help if a battery is swallowed;
• protect terminals from short circuits and do not carry loose batteries with metal objects;
• do not expose products to fire, water, crushing, puncture, extreme temperature or improper storage; and
• recycle or dispose of batteries according to local rules.

PUJIMAX products must not be used in life-support, emergency, aviation, fire-safety or other safety-critical systems unless the exact product is expressly identified and approved in writing for that use.

12. Reviews, Feedback and Submissions

If you submit a review, photo, video, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt and display the submitted content for operating, improving and promoting the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. This license does not transfer ownership of your content.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unrelated, contains personal information, or violates these Terms. We are not required to publish every submission.

13. Intellectual Property

The Site and its text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, product names, page design and software are owned by or licensed to PUJIMAX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping and product-support purposes. No other license is granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected Site content without prior written permission.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to Shopify, carriers, payment providers, social networks, Alibaba or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third party’s content, availability, security or conduct, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may also make optional third-party tools or features available through the Site. We do not control those tools and provide access on an “as available” basis. Review the provider’s terms before using an optional tool. New Site features and tools are also subject to these Terms.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Shopify and other providers may process information under their own privacy notices.

16. Service Availability

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but maintenance, security events, network failure and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may interrupt the Services. We may change or discontinue a Site feature, provided that doing so does not remove rights attached to an order already accepted.

17. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

The Site may occasionally contain a typographical error, inaccurate availability, incorrect price, outdated promotion, incomplete product description or incorrect shipping estimate.

We may correct or update information and, where reasonably necessary, cancel an affected order. If a material correction affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law, including a refund when appropriate.

An update date on one page does not mean every Site page was updated on the same date.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or Services:

• for an unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose;
• to violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
• to submit false, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful material;
• to transmit malicious code or interfere with Site, checkout, account, security or network functions;
• to collect or track another person’s information without lawful authority;
• to spam, phish, impersonate, misrepresent an affiliation or manipulate reviews;
• to scrape, crawl or use automated access in a way that burdens, damages or circumvents the Services;
• to evade product, geographic, payment, quantity, carrier or safety restrictions; or
• to resell Site access, protected content or an optional tool without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access reasonably believed to violate this section.

19. Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these Terms. Obligations and liabilities arising before termination remain effective, including payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, governing-law and dispute provisions.

Termination of Site access does not remove a customer’s rights relating to an accepted order, written warranty or mandatory consumer law.

20. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms do not exclude or disclaim the written Limited Warranty, any express product commitment in an accepted order, or any implied warranty or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Product-specific written information controls over general Site content.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUJIMAX and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.

For claims that may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by a defective product, breach of non-waivable consumer rights, or obligations under the written Limited Warranty.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify PUJIMAX against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use or to the extent a claim was caused by PUJIMAX.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes are under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in a court or forum available under applicable consumer law.

24. Severability and Waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the policies linked here and the accepted order details form the agreement governing a direct-store purchase. Product-specific warranty terms, mandatory consumer law and separately signed commercial agreements take priority where applicable.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. The version accepted when an order is placed continues to govern that order.
