Batteries

What products does PUJIMAX offer?

The range includes rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries, 1.5V USB-C rechargeable batteries, Ni-MH batteries, specialty battery formats, battery chargers and battery-and-charger sets. Availability varies by product and destination and is confirmed on the product page and at checkout.

How do I choose the correct battery?

Match the size, terminal layout, chemistry, nominal voltage, rechargeable status, approved charging method and any device-specific requirements. A shared AA, AAA, 9V or other physical format does not by itself establish electrical or charging compatibility.

Why is my rechargeable battery not charging?

Possible causes include an incompatible charger or charging method, an unsuitable cable or power adapter, incorrect polarity, dirty or poorly aligned contacts, temperature outside the permitted range, deep discharge, normal aging, internal protection or physical damage.

Stop troubleshooting if the battery is swollen, leaking, damaged, unusually hot or producing an unusual odor or sound. Contact Customer Support with the model, charging method and safe photos or video of the indicator behavior.

Should I recharge a stored rechargeable battery periodically?

Follow the storage instructions for the exact model. Rechargeable batteries may self-discharge during extended storage, so inspect and maintain them at the interval stated in the product instructions. When no interval is stated, check the product every few months and recharge only with the approved method.

Do not periodically charge a battery marked non-rechargeable.

Should batteries be rotated or kept as a set?

For a device that uses multiple cells together, keep a matched set together. Use batteries of the same model, chemistry, voltage, capacity, age and similar charge state. Charge and replace the set together unless the device or battery instructions say otherwise.

Rotating individual cells between unmatched sets can create imbalance and make troubleshooting difficult.

What can happen if batteries with different capacities are used together?

The lower-capacity or weaker cell may reach its discharge limit first. This can cause reduced runtime, uneven charging or discharge, leakage, overheating or other unsafe behavior. Use a matched set and replace any cell that is damaged or behaves differently from the others.

Why do batteries become warm while charging?

Some warmth can occur because charging is not perfectly efficient. Temperature is affected by chemistry, charging current, cell condition, ambient temperature and charger design.

Disconnect the product if it becomes too hot to handle comfortably, swells, leaks, changes shape, smells unusual, sparks or makes an unusual sound.

How can I estimate charging time?

A rough starting calculation is battery capacity divided by the charger’s stated current for that slot, followed by an allowance for charging losses and the charger’s control method. For example, a charger may reduce current near full charge, and a multi-slot charger may provide less current per cell when every slot is occupied.

Use the charging time and indicator behavior in the exact product manual as the controlling guidance. Do not use a rough formula to override an automatic charger or safety instruction.

Can I recharge alkaline, carbon-zinc, lithium primary or another non-rechargeable battery?

No. Never charge a product marked “non-rechargeable,” “primary,” “alkaline,” “carbon zinc” or “lithium primary.” Charging a non-rechargeable battery can cause leakage, rupture, overheating, fire or injury.

Can I charge a 1.5V USB-C rechargeable battery in a Ni-MH charger?

Not unless the exact battery and charger instructions expressly state compatibility. A battery with a built-in USB-C charging port should normally be charged using the cable and power-input method specified for that model.

Can every rechargeable battery be used in every device of the same size?

No. Ni-MH cells are commonly rated at 1.2V, while alkaline and regulated lithium rechargeable cells may be rated at 1.5V. Devices can also differ in cutoff voltage, peak-current demand and battery-management requirements.

Why do some products show mAh and others show mWh?

mAh measures electric charge, while mWh measures energy. Voltage is needed to compare the two meaningfully. Compare product capacity only when voltage, chemistry and test conditions are also understood.

Do rechargeable batteries arrive fully charged?

Not necessarily. Charge level can vary because of storage and shipping requirements. Follow the instructions supplied with the exact product before first use.

How should batteries be stored?

Store them in a cool, dry and ventilated place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, children and pets. Protect terminals from metal objects and short circuit. Do not crush, puncture, disassemble or place heavy objects on a battery.

For extended storage, remove batteries from the device unless the device instructions require otherwise.

How should used batteries be recycled?

Use a qualified local battery-recycling or household hazardous-waste program. Protect exposed terminals before transport. Do not place rechargeable or lithium batteries in household trash unless local rules expressly permit it.

Battery Chargers

What does a blinking red light or error indicator mean?

The meaning is model-specific. Common causes include incorrect polarity, poor contact, an incompatible or non-rechargeable battery, a damaged cell, temperature outside the permitted range, a short circuit or a battery that cannot be safely charged.

Disconnect the charger and check the exact manual. Do not repeatedly reinstall a battery that is swollen, leaking, damaged or unusually hot.

Why does a USB-powered charger intermittently flash red?

The input power source may not provide the voltage or current required by the charger, or the cable may be damaged. Use the cable and power adapter specified for the exact model. If the indicator continues after using a confirmed compatible source, stop charging and contact Customer Support.

Why does a charger show charging status when no battery is inserted?

Disconnect the charger from power, wait briefly and reconnect it without batteries. If the indicator still shows an occupied or charging slot, the charger may have an indicator, sensor or internal component issue. Stop using it and contact Customer Support with the model and a video of the display.

Can a charger’s discharge function over-discharge a battery?

Use a discharge function only when the exact charger and battery instructions approve it. Some models include a cutoff that stops at a defined voltage, but that feature must not be assumed for every charger. The manual for the exact model controls.

What does charger efficiency mean?

Charging efficiency compares useful energy delivered to the battery with energy drawn by the charger. The difference is mainly lost as heat and through power conversion. An efficiency percentage is not the same as charging speed, battery capacity or the percentage shown by a battery indicator.

Can I leave a charger connected to power?

Follow the exact charger instructions. Unless the model is specifically designed and approved for continuous maintenance use, disconnect it when charging is complete and when it is not being used.

Is it normal for a charger to become warm?

Mild warmth may occur during normal operation. Stop using the charger if it is too hot to touch comfortably, smells unusual, changes shape, sparks, makes an unusual sound or shows a persistent error.

Where can I find the product manual?

Check the product page, packaging and included materials for a manual or instruction link. If no manual is shown, email safi@pujimax.com with the product name, model number and a clear photo of the label so we can identify the correct instructions.

Orders

How do I check my order status?

Use the order-status link in the confirmation email or sign in through the customer-account icon using the email associated with the order. If the order is not visible, email safi@pujimax.com with the purchaser name, checkout email and order number.

How do I modify an order?

Contact us immediately with the order number and requested change. Orders normally begin processing within 1–2 business days, so a product, quantity or address change is not guaranteed after the order is released for fulfilment.

Can I cancel an order?

We will try to cancel an order before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, it may not be possible to stop it. You may request an eligible return after delivery under the Return & Refund Policy.

Why was my order delayed or cancelled?

Possible reasons include an inventory error, payment rejection, suspected fraud, an incomplete or ineligible address, a carrier or battery restriction, incorrect pricing, a product-safety review or a destination that cannot receive the selected product.

If we cancel after payment was captured, we void the charge or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Why is my promotion code not working?

Check the expiration date, eligible products, market, customer eligibility, minimum promotional threshold and whether the offer can be combined with another discount. A promotional minimum does not create a general minimum purchase requirement for the store.

If the published conditions appear to be met, contact Customer Support before completing checkout.

How do I know whether checkout was successful?

A completed order displays an order confirmation and normally generates a confirmation email. Check spam, junk and promotions folders. If you see a charge but no order confirmation, contact Customer Support without sending complete card details.

How are preorders or backorders handled?

The product page or checkout identifies the expected timing when an item is sold as a preorder or backorder. That stated timing replaces the normal 1–2-business-day processing estimate for the affected item.

Payment

Which payment methods are accepted?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include eligible credit or debit cards and Shopify-supported accelerated checkout methods. Availability can vary by country, currency, device and order.

When is payment taken?

Payment authorization or capture occurs during checkout according to the selected payment method. An order number or confirmation page indicates that Shopify received the order, subject to inventory, fraud and delivery review.

Why am I having trouble placing an order?

Confirm the billing address, shipping address, card or wallet details, available funds, browser settings and destination eligibility. Try only a normal checkout retry; do not repeatedly submit a payment that may already be pending.

If the problem continues, contact your payment provider and then Customer Support. Do not email complete payment-card information.

Why must billing information match the payment method?

Payment and fraud-prevention providers may compare the billing name, address and other signals with the information held by the card issuer or wallet provider. A mismatch may cause a decline, review or cancellation.

Which currency, taxes and import charges apply?

The currency and store charges are displayed at checkout. Taxes may be calculated according to the order and destination. For Canada and the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for import duty, tax, brokerage or local charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Shipping and Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

The store currently accepts eligible orders for the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Product, carrier and address eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Shipping offers vary by product and destination. A product page may identify free shipping. The final method, availability and charge are shown at checkout. There is no general store minimum for placing an order.

Where do U.S. orders ship from?

Orders are fulfilled from our Hong Kong location. Product eligibility, available shipping methods, delivery estimates and final charges are confirmed at checkout before payment.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders normally process within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. A preorder, backorder, address review, payment review or battery-transport restriction can require additional time.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery normally takes 4–10 business days after the carrier accepts the package. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

The available delivery service is selected for the destination, product and applicable battery-transport requirements. We provide tracking after dispatch; a specific carrier cannot be guaranteed or selected.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. We send a shipping confirmation when the carrier accepts the package. Check spam or junk folders if the message is not in your inbox.

Why is there no tracking update?

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show the first movement. If the order is still within the estimated delivery window, continue monitoring the carrier page. If tracking remains unchanged beyond the estimate, contact the carrier and then safi@pujimax.com.

Will all items arrive together?

Most orders are prepared from our Hong Kong fulfilment location. Package size or applicable battery-transport requirements may require separate packages. Each package receives its own tracking. We do not add another standard-shipping charge solely because an eligible order is split into multiple packages.

Can I change the delivery address after shipment?

Usually not. Contact us immediately if the address is wrong, but carriers may refuse an address change after the package is in transit.

What should I do when tracking says delivered but the package is missing?

Check the delivery area, mailbox, building office, safe locations, household members and nearby neighbors. Allow up to two business days because some carrier scans appear before final delivery. Then contact the carrier and safi@pujimax.com.

What if the package or product arrives damaged or incomplete?

Keep all packaging and contact us promptly with the order number, shipping-label photo, outer and inner packaging photos, and safe photos of the product or missing contents. We will review whether repair, replacement, completion shipment or refund is appropriate.

What if I receive a different product from the one ordered?

Contact us with the order number, shipping label, packing materials and photos of the received item and its model label. Do not send it back until we provide the authorized return instructions.

Do Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and P.O. boxes qualify?

Eligibility and rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and P.O. boxes are determined by the product and checkout address. Battery and carrier rules can limit the available method.

Returns and Refunds

What are the return rules and restrictions?

An eligible direct-store return must be requested within 15 calendar days after delivery. An approved non-defective return must normally be unused, undamaged, complete, in its original packaging and safe to transport. Contact us before shipping anything.

Who pays return shipping?

The customer pays return shipping for an approved change-of-mind, duplicate-order or compatibility mistake not caused by incorrect Site information.

For a product, transit or fulfillment issue, return-shipping responsibility is decided case by case and stated in the return authorization.

Is there a restocking fee?

Where permitted by law, an approved non-defective return outside a mandatory statutory cancellation right is subject to a 15% restocking fee calculated against the returned product price.

No restocking fee is charged for a confirmed defective, transit-damaged, incomplete or incorrect product, or solely because a United Kingdom consumer exercises an applicable statutory cancellation right.

How long does a refund take?

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we normally issue an approved refund to the original payment method within five business days. The bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

What should I do if a refund is late or missing?

First check the refund-confirmation email and the original payment account. Then contact the original payment provider because posting times vary. If more than 10 business days have passed after our refund confirmation, email safi@pujimax.com with the order number and refund-confirmation date.

Can I exchange an item?

For an approved defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or completion shipment. For a change-of-mind exchange, the fastest route is usually an eligible return followed by a new order.

Do I need to return a damaged or swollen lithium battery?

No. Never mail a visibly damaged or swollen lithium battery. Stop using it and contact Customer Support. We may request safe photographic evidence, decide whether repair, replacement or refund is appropriate, and provide local disposal instructions.

Does the return policy cover marketplace purchases?

The direct-store policy applies only to purchases from https://store.pujimax.com. For Amazon, Alibaba, another marketplace, a distributor or retailer, use that seller’s return process.

Warranty and After-Sales Service

How long is the warranty?

Eligible products purchased directly from this Site include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the original purchase date.

What does the warranty cover?

It covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to fail during normal, compatible use. Ordinary battery depletion, expected capacity reduction and damage caused by misuse are not manufacturing defects.

How do I start a warranty claim?

Email safi@pujimax.com with the order number, purchaser name, exact product model, description of the issue, relevant device and charger details, and safe photos or video.

What proof of purchase is required?

Provide the direct-store order number and the name or email address used at checkout. We may request the order confirmation or another reasonable record needed to verify the original purchase date and product.

Is the warranty transferable?

The direct-store Limited Warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. No separate product registration is required.

What remedy is available for a valid claim?

PUJIMAX decides whether repair, replacement with the same or a functionally equivalent product, or refund of the affected direct-store product is appropriate. Return requirements and return-shipping responsibility are decided case by case.

How long is a replacement product covered?

A replacement is covered for the remainder of the original 12-month warranty period or any longer minimum period required by applicable law.

What is excluded from warranty coverage?

Common exclusions include missing reasonable proof of purchase, normal depletion or aging, cosmetic wear, incompatible charging, misuse, improper installation or storage, accident, water, corrosion, short circuit, reverse polarity, unauthorized modification, soldering, removed identification, counterfeit products and damage caused by outside equipment.

What if I bought the product from another seller?

Begin with the seller or marketplace order-support process. A separate PUJIMAX warranty applies only if it was expressly provided with that product or by an authorized seller.

Account and Website Help

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Select the customer-account icon and follow the email sign-in or password-reset instructions shown by Shopify. Check spam and junk folders. If you still cannot access the account, contact Customer Support using the same email address.

What if I forgot which email address I used?

Sign in to the customer account and use the address-management option when available, or enter the new address during checkout. Changing a saved address does not automatically update an order already placed.

How do I manage cookies or advertising choices?

Use the cookie banner and Your Privacy Choices. For access, correction, deletion or another privacy request, email safi@pujimax.com.

What should I do if the Site or checkout is not working?

Refresh the page, check that cookies and JavaScript needed for Shopify checkout are allowed, try an updated browser and avoid submitting payment repeatedly. If the issue continues, send Customer Support the page URL, device and browser type, approximate time and a screenshot that does not expose payment details.

Wholesale, Private Label and OEM/ODM

Does PUJIMAX support wholesale or custom projects?

Yes. PUJIMAX supports wholesale, distributor, buyer-label, private-label and OEM/ODM discussions for defined products and markets.

What should a business inquiry include?

Email safi@pujimax.com with the company, target market, product type, first-order and annual quantities, pack count, branding, packaging, target launch date and model-specific document requirements. Consumer return terms do not apply to a separately negotiated business order unless the written agreement says otherwise.
