Brand and Intellectual Property

PUJIMAX names, logos, product names, packaging, graphics, photographs, videos, page designs and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright and other laws.

No Site access grants a license to use a PUJIMAX mark, image or other protected material for resale, advertising, marketplace listings, domain names, social-media identities or other commercial purposes without prior written permission.

References to a third-party company, device, marketplace, standard or trademark are for identification or compatibility context only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Product Information

We work to keep product information accurate and current. Packaging, color, included items and minor presentation details may change. The exact product page, model label, supplied instructions and accepted order details should be reviewed together.

Battery capacity, runtime and service life vary with chemistry, device load, discharge rate, temperature, storage, age, charging method and test conditions. General examples are not a guarantee of runtime in a particular device.

Model-specific information controls over a general brand, category, FAQ or article statement.

We work to keep Site content accurate and available, but a page may occasionally contain a typographical error, outdated promotion, incorrect availability, incomplete description or technical issue.

PUJIMAX may correct or update Site information. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where required.

Compatibility

A matching physical size does not by itself establish compatibility. Before use, confirm:

  • battery size and terminal layout;
  • chemistry and whether the battery is rechargeable;
  • nominal voltage;
  • device requirements;
  • approved charging method; and
  • any product-specific current, protection or environmental limit.

PUJIMAX is not responsible for a compatibility assumption that contradicts the device manual, product label or product-specific instructions, except where incorrect PUJIMAX information caused the error or applicable law provides otherwise.

Battery Safety

Use, store, charge, transport, recycle and dispose of batteries according to the exact product instructions and local rules.

Never recharge a battery labeled non-rechargeable. Do not short circuit, crush, puncture, burn, disassemble or expose a battery to water or extreme temperature. Do not mix batteries with different chemistry, voltage, age, capacity or charge state.

Stop use if a product is swollen, leaking, unusually hot, damaged, corroded, producing an unusual odor or sound, or otherwise appears unsafe. Keep batteries and small parts away from children and pets. If a battery is swallowed or an emergency occurs, seek immediate professional help.

Safety-Critical Uses

Unless an exact model is expressly identified and approved in writing for the application, PUJIMAX products are not designed or authorized for life-support, medical, emergency, aviation, fire-safety, nuclear or other systems in which failure could cause death, personal injury or severe property or environmental damage.

Product suggestions in a guide or category description are not engineering approval for a safety-critical application.

Compliance and Transport Statements

Certification, conformity, test-report and transport status can vary by exact model, manufacturing version, destination and shipping configuration. A brand-level logo or general statement does not prove coverage for every product.

Where a product page makes a compliance or transport statement, the exact model and applicable supporting document control. Direct-store orders are fulfilled from Hong Kong. Carrier, packaging, labeling and hazardous-material requirements still apply.
