Shipping Cost and Eligibility
Shipping offers vary by product and destination. A product page may identify free shipping. The final shipping method, availability and charge are shown at checkout before payment. There is no minimum purchase requirement for placing a store order.
Orders are fulfilled from our Hong Kong location. Product eligibility, the available shipping method, delivery estimate and final charge are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Processing and Delivery Estimates

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Delivery time is measured after the carrier accepts the package, not from the moment the order is placed.
These estimates are not guaranteed. Destination, battery type, carrier restrictions, weather, holiday volume, inventory review, address issues and events outside reasonable control can affect service.
Preorder, backorder or made-to-order timing shown on the product page replaces the normal processing estimate for that item.
Delivery Destinations
The store currently accepts eligible orders for the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Product, carrier and address eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
