This written Limited Warranty is provided by Hong Kong Puji Electronics Co., Ltd., doing business as PUJIMAX (“PUJIMAX”), for eligible PUJIMAX products purchased directly from https://store.pujimax.com.
This warranty is separate from the 15-calendar-day Return & Refund Policy and from any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
1. Warranty Period
The warranty lasts for 12 months from the original date of purchase shown on the direct-store order record.
2. Eligibility and Valid Proof of Purchase
The warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. No product registration is required.
To confirm the product and warranty start date, provide:
- the PUJIMAX direct-store order number; and
- the purchaser name, email address or telephone number used for the order.
We may request the order confirmation, sales receipt or another reasonable purchase record when the order cannot be located from the information supplied.
3. What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause an eligible product to fail under normal household or personal use during the warranty period.
Examples of a potentially covered defect include:
- a rechargeable battery that cannot accept or deliver power because of a verified internal manufacturing defect;
- a charger channel, display, connector or included power component that fails during normal compatible use; or
- an assembly or material defect present in the product and not caused by use, storage, accident or outside equipment.
A symptom alone does not establish a manufacturing defect. PUJIMAX may use reasonable troubleshooting, inspection, product data and return testing to determine coverage.
4. What PUJIMAX Will Do
For a valid claim, PUJIMAX will, at its option and without charge:
- repair the product where practical;
- replace it with the same model or a functionally equivalent product; or
- refund the direct-store purchase price of the affected product.
PUJIMAX will tell you whether the product must be returned and, if so, provide the approved carrier, packaging, destination and return-shipping responsibility. Return-shipping responsibility is decided case by case. Do not ship a battery or charger until Customer Support provides those instructions. PUJIMAX pays return transport where required by applicable law or expressly confirmed in the return authorization.
A replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original 12-month warranty period or any longer minimum period required by law. A refund ends warranty coverage for the refunded product.
5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- ordinary depletion of a non-rechargeable battery;
- expected loss of rechargeable capacity or runtime through normal aging and charge cycles;
- a product that is outside the warranty period or lacks reasonable proof of direct-store purchase;
- normal cosmetic wear that does not affect operation;
- misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, crushing, puncture, fire, water, corrosion, contamination or improper transport;
- improper installation, storage, maintenance, recycling or disposal;
- use outside the published temperature, electrical, environmental or application limits;
- charging a non-rechargeable battery;
- use with an incompatible charger, cable, power adapter, device, voltage or battery chemistry;
- mixing old and new batteries or different chemistries, voltages, capacities or charge states;
- short circuit, reverse polarity, over-discharge or other damage caused by the device or outside equipment;
- unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, soldering, relabeling or removal of identification needed to verify the product;
- counterfeit products or products not sold by PUJIMAX or an authorized seller;
- loss or damage occurring after delivery and not caused by a product defect; or
- free promotional items unless PUJIMAX expressly states that the item has warranty coverage.
The warranty does not guarantee that a battery is compatible with every device sharing the same physical size.
6. How to Make a Claim
Email safi@pujimax.com and provide:
- the PUJIMAX direct-store order number;
- the purchaser’s name and email address;
- the product name and model shown on the label;
- a clear description of the problem and when it began;
- the device, charger, cable and power adapter used, where relevant; and
- clear photos or a short video showing the product, label and issue when safe to do so.
Customer Support may ask you to complete safe troubleshooting or provide additional information reasonably needed to verify the claim. We will not ask you to open a sealed product, handle a leaking or swollen battery, or perform an unsafe test.
If a return is needed, we will issue a return authorization and instructions. Products sent without authorization may be delayed or refused because battery shipments require an approved route.
7. Safety Comes First
Stop using the product if it is swollen, leaking, unusually hot, damaged, corroded, producing an unusual odor or sound, or otherwise appears unsafe.
Do not mail a visibly damaged or swollen lithium battery. It is exempt from physical return. Contact Customer Support and provide safe photographic evidence if requested. PUJIMAX will decide whether repair, replacement or refund is appropriate and provide local disposal instructions. Do not discard the product until Customer Support confirms that the required evidence has been received, unless an emergency authority instructs you otherwise.
Keep the product away from children, pets, heat and flammable materials. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or the appropriate poison, fire or hazardous-material authority.
8. Purchases From Other Sellers
This Limited Warranty page directly covers purchases from https://store.pujimax.com.
For a purchase made through Amazon, Alibaba, another marketplace, a distributor or a retailer, first use that seller’s order-support process. Its return terms and seller-of-record obligations apply. A separate PUJIMAX warranty may apply only if it was expressly provided with that product or by the authorized seller.
9. Limitation of Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty applicable to the product is limited to the same 12-month period as this written Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. PUJIMAX does not exclude any implied warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Remedies
To the extent permitted by law, the remedies stated in this Limited Warranty are the exclusive remedies for a covered warranty claim. PUJIMAX is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused by a product failure.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. Nothing in this warranty limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable liability for personal injury caused by a defective product.
11. Your Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state or by country. Mandatory consumer protections apply in addition to this warranty.
