Our Development
Product and Supply Operations in Dongguan
The Dongguan company associated with PUJIMAX was established in 2014. Product and supply work developed around batteries, battery chargers and related power products, including wholesale, buyer-label and OEM/ODM programs.
Building an International Brand
PUJIMAX brand records and commercial channels expanded into international markets, supporting buyers and product programs across multiple regions. The brand continues to develop rechargeable, primary and specialty battery options for consumer and business customers.

The direct store at https://store.pujimax.com serves eligible customers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Hong Kong Puji Electronics Co., Ltd. operates the store and is responsible for direct-store payment, refund and warranty service.
Product Information, Testing and Documents
Battery and charger requirements depend on the exact model and destination. Product pages are intended to identify the model, chemistry, voltage, charging method, package quantity and compatibility information needed for a purchase decision.
Where testing, conformity or transport documents are relevant, coverage must be confirmed for the exact model and market. A general brand statement or certification logo does not establish that every PUJIMAX product is covered by the same document.
Business buyers may request available model-specific document information during quotation review.
Hong Kong Fulfillment and Customer Care
Orders are fulfilled from our Hong Kong location. Product eligibility, available shipping methods, delivery estimates and final charges are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Our direct-store service standards are:
- order processing normally within 1–2 business days;
- standard delivery normally within 4–10 business days after shipment;
- shipping offers and charges confirmed by product and at checkout;
- tracking sent when the carrier accepts the package;
- a 15-calendar-day eligible return period measured from delivery;
- a 12-month limited warranty for qualifying defects; and
- a customer-service reply no later than one business day.

Responsible Battery Use
Battery performance and service life vary with chemistry, device load, discharge rate, charging method, storage, temperature and age. We encourage customers to check compatibility, follow the exact instructions, use matched batteries together and recycle products through an appropriate local program.
Never recharge a battery marked non-rechargeable. Stop using a battery or charger that is leaking, swollen, damaged, unusually hot or producing an unusual odor or sound.
Wholesale and OEM/ODM
PUJIMAX supports wholesale, distributor, buyer-label, private-label and OEM/ODM discussions for defined products and markets.
Business customers can request review of product selection, pack count, branding, packaging, target market and model-specific document needs. Commercial quantities, samples, lead times and remedies are confirmed in a separate written quotation or agreement.
