Order processing
Order processing is normally 1–2 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. The daily order cutoff is 18:00 Hong Kong Time (UTC+8). Orders received after the cutoff or on a non-processing day are counted from the next processing day. Preorder, backorder or made-to-order timing shown on the product page replaces this estimate.
International orders use our mainland China delivery service. For eligible in-stock orders to the free-shipping destinations listed below, delivery is expected within 10 calendar days from order placement, including order processing and transportation. Processing time is included in this total, not added on top. For other destinations, transit estimates begin when the carrier accepts the parcel and exclude processing time.
Shipping destinations and delivery estimates
Free standard shipping with no minimum order amount is available for eligible orders to supported addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and these European destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Checkout displays this method as Free shipping. Other destinations retain standard shipping at US$5 below US$25 and free standard shipping at US$25 or more, unless a specific destination condition applies. Local-currency amounts are displayed at checkout. Paid expedited delivery is not currently offered.
For the free-shipping destinations above, the 10-calendar-day estimate covers the complete period from order placement to delivery, including processing, weekends and holidays. Other destination ranges below are transit estimates after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, remote delivery and local disruptions may cause delays. Destination, product, weight, value and address restrictions below still apply; free shipping does not waive duties, taxes or stated recipient charges.

Address and order requirements
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Provide your full street address, correct postcode, recipient name, telephone number and email address. Remote locations, islands and destinations outside the standard coverage may be unavailable or require additional shipping arrangements. Please contact us before placing an order to these locations.
Weight and value limits apply to the complete consignment, including multiple items. Large orders and orders close to a listed limit require a shipping check. Product availability can differ by destination. Batteries over 100 Wh and acid, liquid or soft-pack batteries are not accepted by this service.
Customs and recipient charges
Customs declarations must describe the actual products and their actual value. We cannot lower a declaration to meet a delivery limit. Any recipient charges stated above remain payable in addition to the order total. Other import duties, taxes or clearance charges may apply where they are not collected at checkout.
